Project context

UBEC Commons (Ubuntu Bioregional Economic Commons) is a non-commercial, community-driven open-source project operating as an unincorporated initiative under the stewardship of Michel Garand. The project is based in Müllrose, Brandenburg, Germany, within the Naturpark Schlaubetal.

The UBEC DAO Protocol Network operates on the Stellar blockchain as a decentralised protocol. No company registration exists at this time. For questions regarding the project's legal structure, contact the address above.

Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG under general law.
